Bradford Allen, a national full-service commercial real estate development and advisory firm, announced Arbor House, its 301-unit luxury apartment community in Arlington Heights, Ill., has achieved 50% occupancy less than three months after opening.

Located at 25 E. Algonquin Road, Arbor House offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with monthly rents starting at $1,895.

“The early response to Arbor House validates our belief that renters are looking for a more distinctive living experience in the suburbs,” said Brian Carley, senior vice president, development, at Bradford Allen. “We endeavored to create a community tailored to today’s residents, and the speed with which we hit this milestone suggests our approach is resonating.”

Spanning 17,500 square feet, the amenity collection at Arbor House is among the most extensive in the suburbs, with a variety of thoughtfully designed spaces that give residents more ways to connect, unwind and make the most of where they live. The state-of-the-art fitness center includes strength training, cardio and Peloton cycling equipment, while the resident lounge features a kitchen, golf simulator, game tables and television surrounded by flexible seating options. Additional amenities include coworking suites on the first and fourth floors, a lobby lounge, concierge desk, covered parking and pet-friendly amenities including an on-site dog run and washing station.

The private outdoor terrace includes a pool, spa, grilling stations, fire pits and views of Busse Woods and the Chicago skyline. Complementing the residential offering, 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail further activates the streetscape and brings everyday conveniences directly to residents’ doorsteps.

“Reaching 50% occupancy in less than three months is a significant milestone and a reflection of Arbor House’s appealing combination of elevated design, resort-style amenities and accessible location,” said Shane Rachman, president of Cross Street. “The strong leasing momentum and positive feedback our team has received from prospective residents illustrates the demand for a high-quality, amenity-rich rental experience in Arlington Heights.”

Arbor House is the anchor for Bradford Allen’s 18-acre mixed-use district known as Arlington Gateway. Reimagining the southeast entrance to Arlington Heights, the project is an all-in-one community where residents can live, work and socialize. The integrated master plan concept includes a full renovation of the former Daily Herald building, now branded as Arlington Med, placing Arbor House residents’ steps from a 150,000-square-foot state-of-the-art wellness center.

Prominently located at the intersection of Algonquin and Arlington Heights roads, Arbor House is 3 miles from downtown Arlington Heights, where a Metra station along the Union Pacific Northwest Line provides service to Chicago’s Ogilvie Transportation Center. The property also has immediate access to the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway and is minutes from O’Hare International Airport, Allstate Arena and numerous hotels, restaurants and shopping centers.
