A great career nearing its end
With 848 games played in the LCK, Kiin currently boasts a win rate of around 59% in the league. That overall figure may seem relatively modest considering how dominant he has been in recent years, both with Gen.G and previously with KT Rolster. Unsurprisingly, the champion on which he has secured the most victories in the league is Renekton, with 46 wins. The versatile pick has remained viable across a wide variety of metas throughout the years.
His second-most successful champion is considerably more recent, however, as it is K’Sante. Released in 2022, the champion has become one of Kiin’s trademarks, with the Korean toplaner establishing himself as one of, if not the, best K’Sante players in the world. He has recorded 36 wins in 51 LCK games on the champion.
Despite this already significant achievement, it may be difficult for Kiin to climb much further up the rankings. His contract with Gen.G Esports expires at the end of the year, while the 27-year-old is also expected to begin his mandatory military service soon. With one of the most consistent careers of the past several years potentially approaching its final chapter, Kiin’s future remains uncertain for now.
