Rep. Jason Crow campaigns for Wisconsin democrats

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – Ahead of this election season, Colorado Congressman Jason Crow was in Eau Claire Wednesday to campaign on behalf of Wisconsin democrats.

Crow is one of the six democrats who took part in a video telling military troops they do not need to follow illegal orders.

The veteran and Wisconsin native joined local democratic lawmakers for a town hall discussing issues like healthcare, veteran’s aid, and U.S. tariffs.

“The soybean farmers have been hit particularly hard by tariffs. We’re talking, some of the farm groups have told me, a lot of these farms haven’t received orders in five months or more, and orders are just starting to trickle in. People can’t afford that, family farms cannot afford that, and they’re going under,” said Crow.

Crow also criticized Wisconsin Congressman Derrick Van Orden for not pushing back on federal tariff policy. Crow says he’s here to campaign for local democratic candidates in the 3rd congressional district.

This event was non-candidate-specific. However, Crow endorsed Rebecca Cooke in his personal capacity in the fall.

Van Orden’s congressional campaign team responded to the event.

The fact that Wisconsin Democrats are parading Jason Crow into the state for Commie Cooke tells you exactly what their vision is for Wisconsin.

Crow voted to protect illegal aliens who assault police, voted against pay raises for our troops, pushed defunding law enforcement, supports men in girls’ bathrooms and supports minors being subjected to genital mutilation surgeries.
