Min Woo Lee WITB 2026 (August) – GolfWRX

Viktor Hovland entered the 2023 FedEx Cup Playoffs ranked number seven on the PGA Tour, a truly breakthrough season for one of the game’s most exciting young prospects. Hovland was 25 years old and had a successful year, including a playoff win at won the Memorial Tournament over Denny McCarthy. He finished in a tie for 13th at the FedEx St. Jude Championship in week one of the Playoffs, but catapulted to the top of the standings thanks to a decisive BMW victory at Olympia Fields Country Club in Illinois.

During the final round, Hovland shot a course record 61, including a staggering 7-under 28 on the back nine. He beat runners-up Scottie Scheffler and Matt Fitzpatrick by two strokes each, and catapulted himself into second position heading into the Playoffs’ final week. Viktor Hovland came in first at the Tour Championship, too, earning the trophy. The run began at Olympia Fields. Check out his bag from that event below.
