Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise is the world’s best winger.
He is also a strong contender for the 2025/26 Ballon d’Or, with 19 goals and 29 assists in just 46 appearances this season. INSANITY.
Bayern Munich’s management knows what it has in its hands. A generational player, who will be a key foundational piece for the next 5 years at the very least. This makes it paramount to ensure the player remains at the club, terrorizing opposition defenders with his skill, vision, finesse, and composure.
In a recent interview with ZDF, captured by Sky Sports’ Florian Plettenberg (@Plettigoal), Bayern Munich’s director of sport Max Eberl confirmed that Olise will remain in Munich. When asked whether he will stay, Eberl responded triumphantly, “Absolutely. For us, there is not a second of thinking about it. He is developing excellently.”
No club with a competent board would even contemplate considering offers for a player of Olise’s caliber. The winger is having quite possibly the best season ever for a right winger not named Lionel Messi, and it would be absurd to entertain a sale, no matter the money on the table.
