Isolated showers on Thursday as a cold front passes. We will be dry on Friday and through the weekend. We reach reach 90° next week.
Rain and isolated storm chances approach on Thursday. Most of the region will remain dry but if a storm does develop it could have stronger wind gusts and a bout of heavy rain.

The coverage is not that impressive and will be in the isolated to scattered range. The best time to catch a shower looks to be during the second half of the day. While most will stay dry or have a brief shower, a few rumbles of thunder are possible and stronger wind gusts.

The weekend looks fantastic, and finally, a completely dry weekend! Expect dry conditions with near normal temperatures to continue through Saturday. Temperatures begin to rise on Sunday and into next week. Highs will reach 90° to start September before the first, albeit small, rain chance returns for the middle of next week.
Thursday is our only blemish as we close out August with highs reaching 90 to start September.
