Do Deewane Seher Mein OTT release date announced: When and where to watch Mrunal Thakur, Siddhanth Chaturvedi’s romantic movie online

Do Deewane Sheher Mein, starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Mrunal Thakur, brings a contemporary romance that explores the lives of two emotionally complex individuals. Directed by Ravi Udyawar, the film is set against the fast-paced backdrop of Mumbai and follows Shashank and Roshni, two people who appear successful on the outside but struggle with deep insecurities within. The story focuses on their journey as they figure out love, self-doubt, and personal fears. Both characters are socially awkward in their own ways. The film didn’t impress the fans at the box office. After its theatrical run, Do Deewane Sheher Mein is now gearing up for its digital premiere

Streaming details of Do Deewane Sheher Mein

The romantic drama will be available to stream on Netflix starting April 17, 2026. The platform has officially confirmed the release date, giving audiences another chance to watch the film from the comfort of their homes. The move to OTT comes after the film struggled to make a strong impact at the box office, making its digital release an important second opportunity to reach a wider audience.
Apart from the lead pair, the film features a talented supporting cast including Ayesha Raza, Ila Arun, Naveen Kaushik, Mona Ambegaonkar, Viraj Ghelani, and Sandeepa Dhar. The screenplay is written by Abhiruchi Chand, who attempts to present a slice-of-life narrative focusing on relationships and inner conflicts.

Director Ravi Udyawar, known for films like Mom and Yudhra, once again tries to explore human emotions, though in a more understated and intimate setting this time.

More about Do Deewane Sheher Mein

Despite its promising premise, Do Deewane Sheher Mein received a lukewarm response from critics and audiences alike. In our review, we noted that while the film had an interesting concept, its execution lacked clarity and emotional depth. The narrative felt uneven, especially in the second half, where the story seemed to drift without building strong momentum or tension.
Made on an estimated budget of Rs 40 crore, the film failed to perform commercially, earning only around Rs 9.27 crore (nett) during its theatrical run.

Meanwhile, Mrunal Thakur has been in the spotlight for her recent release Dacoit, a Telugu-Hindi bilingual film that opened to a decent response at the box office, collecting Rs 6.55 crore (nett) on its first day, according to Sacnilk.com. While Do Deewane Sheher Mein may not have clicked in theatres, its OTT release could help it find a new audience.
