Please verify and make sure you match the buttons before placing the order. Make sure your old remote has Volume +- and Mute buttons at the bottom then only buy this model.
For Pairing : Please unplug the firestick from the back side of the Tv and leave it out for 1 min then plug in back in. Wait for firestick logo then dashboard to load. Once dashboard is loaded press and hold the HOME button and in few seconds light will start blinking on the remote. Keep pressing the HOME button till the time light is blinking or wait for a message on the screen that it will show paired.
To enable Volume and On/Off Keys Please go to Settings – Equipment Control – Manage Equipment – Select TV – Change TV – Select Change TV again – Then Choose your TV brand from the List and then when propmted press On/Off Button on the New Remote to turn off tv – Then Press On/Off Button again to turn on TV and then Press Yes – You are all set to use Power On/Off, Volume and Mute buttons
