തിരുവനന്തപുരം: കേരളത്തിൽ അടുത്ത അഞ്ച് ദിവസം ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട ശക്തമായ മഴയ്ക്ക് സാധ്യതയെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര കാലാവസ്ഥ വകുപ്പിന്റെ മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്. കാലാവസ്ഥാ വ്യതിയാനത്തിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ വിവിധ ജില്ലകളിൽ കേന്ദ്ര കാലാവസ്ഥ വകുപ്പ് മഞ്ഞ അലേർട്ട് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. മേയ് എട്ടിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ, കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, എറണാകുളം, കണ്ണൂർ എന്നീ ജില്ലകളിലാണ് മഞ്ഞ അലേർട്ട് നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

വരുംദിവസങ്ങളിലും മഴ തുടരുമെന്നാണ് കാലാവസ്ഥ വകുപ്പിന്റെ കണക്കുകൂട്ടൽ. മേയ് ഒൻപതിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ, കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, എറണാകുളം, തൃശൂർ, കോഴിക്കോട് എന്നീ ജില്ലകളിലും മേയ് പത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ, കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, എറണാകുളം ജില്ലകളിലും ജാഗ്രതാ നിർദേശം പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
മേയ് 11-ന് കൊല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലകളിലും മേയ് 12-ന് എറണാകുളം, തൃശൂർ, മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലകളിലുമാണ് മഞ്ഞ അലേർട്ട് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.
